The signature call to arms from the genre bending, high-energy artist OMO 9K. Having recently begun to make a name for himself in the city of Manchester, this urban act millennial sets himself apart with his colour focused aesthetic and show-stealing high octane performances, cleverly fusing hypnotic auto crooner melodies with modern contemporary song writing and flows.
Inheriting a love of genre defying innovators such as (Kanye West, Drake, Childish Gambino & Travis Scott) during his ubringing in South Africa, Boston USA & United Kingdom. It was more so the influence of Dancehall, Classic Reggae from his Dad and 90s-2000's rnb ballads from his Mum which helped lay the foundation for his ability to tap into whatever sounded best.
However it wasn't until he sharpened his own unique voice and sound did he begin to reap the rewards; such as opening for UK Rap sensation JB Scofield during his show in Manchester which saw him "Stretch it" when it came to being one of his most energized shows as well as performing across some of the cities most reknown stages. With the tools at his disposal, its only a matter of time for "9K to reach the world."
