On The Cinder is three friends taking on the world with a full, energetic blast of hardcore inspired punk rock. Starting out as three college roommates throwing house shows in their basement to touring North America and releasing self produced music on Flower House Records.
12 years in, On The Cinder have released their 3rd LP Heavy-Handed. The 11 tracks are inspired by the hardships of embracing your hometown and how that relationship changes as you grow up.
