After three surgeries to repair nerve damage in both my arms, I wasn’t sure if I’d ever play music again. Fortunately, I was able to recover and write music once more. One Of Those is the end result.
For me, writing music is more than just expression—it's an act of gratitude. I’m thankful for every day I can pick up the guitar and play, knowing the uncertainty of whether I ever would be able to again.
It’s also my way of responding, a creative thank you to the music and artists that have enriched my life over the years, even if those who inspired me may never, or can no longer, hear it.
Real drums. Real guitars. Human voice. Sounds that actually occurred in a moment in space and time, not on a computer. Not perfect, but still as beautiful as I could capture them. Rock on! B
