OONA is a songwriter, producer, keysplayer and singer. She loves fairytales, they're like a distilled version of life to her. She tried to put her racing head and scary nightmares into gloomy and melancholic lovesongs. OONA enjoyed her music but was longing for a bit more contrast, some sun to her shade. One day she met AVA NOVA, a happy pop-prinses from her town. Her voice and songwriting are energetic, playful and catchy. AVA NOVA was looking for more depth, meaning and honesty in her music. They joined forces, cross-pollinated their styles and became best friends. In 2022 they released their first two songs: Opening Up and For a Moment.
Today they're working on their 3d single together: Old Love New Friend. A 90s r&b inspired song about trying to accept new love while looking for a place in your heart for an old love. This song is very close to their heart and they can't wait to share it with you on the 10th of march 2023.
