Opiuo is the creative concoction of New Zealand born Oscar Davey-Wraight. With his musical core deeply rooted in every imaginable facet of funkadelic bass music, Oscar has developed a world wide reputation for his uniquely detailed artistic flair & boundary pushing expression. From selling out the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater multiple times, to performing at the most iconic music festivals & venues the globe over, he continues to evolve what is possible when performing live: from large orchestras, to bands, solo electronic shows, & audio visual feasts. Having released countless award winning albums, eps, singles, & remixes over the last 16 years, his precisely placed movements of air particles have been heard in nearly every electronic music scene possible, inspiring & energising fellow artists & dance floor enthusiasts a like.
