Oporto are a five-piece band located in Bamberg, Germany, that stands for energetic live shows and love for Blues and Rock ‘n’ Roll. After founding the band on a beer-soaked evening in a bar in Amsterdam, Oporto developed from a busking acoustic duo to an electrifying band releasing an album and the EP “Those Days”. Both records stick to a down-to-earth acoustic sound and feel like a trip from the Mississippi Delta all the way to the Irish shore.
Oporto will release their second full-length album “Lowlifes” in May 2022. A stomping rhythm section mingled with spectacular violin parts and gritty electric guitars define the sound of Lowlifes, marking a new chapter for Oporto.
