Original Toans

Original Toans is the artist name of Tor-André Skogland who is 59 years old and live in a small town in Norway. He is a lyricist and write texts. His dream is to make more music and get more singers to sing his lyrics.

Music is healing. So alot of my hours in a day is used to listen to different music. Watching tv-series and movies also makes me expand my music taste. Suddenly I hear a song i like in a series or a movie and i need to add it to my spotify playlist.

I started writing texts/lyrics a long time ago to get stuff out of my heart and my head. The honesty in the lyrics makes it easy for others to relate if they have experienced the same.

Surviving cancer many times and all struggles you experience in a long life, has given me many perspectives on life. This also means I still have many lyrics to write.

After being really sick now for 4 years and not able to work anymore, I need to have something to do, so I still can make an impact on others lifes.

So if i get more artists to sing and make music for my texts and lyrics this will only be the first of maybe more to come.
