Originally Nowhere is a dark rock music band created in Montreal and now based in Capbreton (France).
The first album « Dark Horizon » was recorded in Montreal in 2015. The second album, Holy Devil was release on April 2019.
Straight out of nowhere, this quintet tends to overwhelm by its immersive sounds and its dark and poetically perverse ambiences. With claimed influences ranging from Trent Reznor to Michael Jackson, through Joy Division, Nick Cave or the Pixies, their music sweats dark and sticky drops on a pop and muscular body.
Live shows are powerful and captivating, and with two self-produced albums, Originally Nowhere only lacks a music label.
