Orlando Hotopf is a Stockholm-based singer/songwriter from London, his 4th single Half Light is coming out on the 23rd of October. Orlando was approached by producer Tyler Neil Johnson (<a href="spotify:artist:6fC2AcsQtd9h4BWELbbire" data-name="Peach Pit">Peach Pit</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1sgVcCMCarG7yWGmkP9wMb" data-name="John Vincent III">John Vincent III</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3Dd1WVQvZUgyi9XEqOIPhA" data-name="Austin Basham">Austin Basham</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6UMUvqiDBEJLyx2uYplGCV" data-name="Otha">Otha</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0XEC2bQgKvaq09BZFPDA9y" data-name="Freyr">Freyr</a>) after he discovered his music via Instagram. The songs were recorded in <a href="spotify:artist:3kjuyTCjPG1WMFCiyc5IuB" data-name="Arcade Fire">Arcade Fire</a> old studio in Montreal and mastered in Abbey Road featuring guest appearances from <a href="spotify:artist:2hCzdMMvBblxJRezKNz5BY" data-name="Archie Faulks">Archie Faulks</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:78zIVRdVKJ8tl8TTtsC3Ke" data-name="Freja The Dragon">Freja The Dragon</a> the keyboard player in <a href="spotify:artist:21egYD1eInY6bGFcniCRT1" data-name="First Aid Kit">First Aid Kit</a>.
His last three singles High Road, Growing Pains and Confessions received radio play on KX FM and 88.5 FM in California as well as being put on rotation over the summer by Radio Nord Norge and Stockholm College Radio and was picked up by 120+ blogs and playlists including Mahogany, Alex Rainbird and Indie Folk Central.
