ORTHENTIX is a music producer/DJ, writer/ blogger, and radio broadcaster. She crafts indie electronica inspired by the legion of bass genres. Conceptually, her music delves into introspection, mirroring the intricate human experience. Sonically, she is all about phat basslines and lush melodies with a profound vocal hook. Her latest release, Depthsword, a Drum and Bass dance track with a jungle vibe and an atmosphere of spirituality converging the street.

Having graced Australian festival stages, including Earth Frequency Festival, Newkind Festival, Nunyarra Cultural Festival, and Deliverance, Orthentix's fierce femme DJ performances captivate audiences, using her platform to showcase many female-produced tracks in her mixes. Female producers make up only 3% of the industry's music producers, so she feels it's essential to bring these songs to the forefront. She is quite the selector, dropping bass-ridden bangers from Dubstep to UKG and Drum and Bass. At times, even performs her self-produced electronic tracks. Orthentix is signed to Matriarch Records and is one of the coordinators and resident DJs/broadcasters of radio show Sista’s of Spin on BayFM - A rotational roster of local female DJs that inspires and challenges society's gendered perspective of DJs and music technology culture. She advocates inclusivity and diversity in the music industry and uses her platform to amplify marginalised voices and challenge gender norms.
