Oshwa evolved from singer and multi-instrumentalist Alicia Walter's solo art pop project into the Chicago-based indie rock four piece with Michael Mac (guitar), Matt Noonan (bass), and Jordan Tate (drums), "combining Walter's adventurously off-kilter vocal delivery with math-rock inflected arrangements" (VICE).
