O’Sound is an artist, musician, songwriter, vocal arranger, and producer from Toronto, Ontario. Owen grew up singing in church, and after studying Vocal Performance Jazz at York University he began pursuing music as a full-time career, and has been making strides ever since.
Owen has collaborated with numerous critically-acclaimed artists such as Classified, Haley Smalls, Savannah Ré, SonReal, Rich Kidd and Maestro Fresh Wes, to name a few.
He was the former vocal director/arranger for Brian Hamilton & Divine Worship. During his tenure they recorded two studio albums, I Am A Christian and Chosen - which were both vocally arranged by Owen.
In 2020 Owen lent backing vocals to Jordin Sparks on her single release 'Unknown'. He also released a single of his own, 'Listen' which tackles systemic racism and discrimination.
