16 Mayıs 1999 İstanbul doğumlu Outis, yaşamını doğduğundan beri Güngörende sürdürmekte. İlk rap kaydını henüz 10 yaşında Güngören'de Terror Istanbul stüdyosunda almış olan Outis, müzik platformlarıyla daha geç tanışmıştır.
Outis, Rap müziğin yanı sıra Alternatif Rock, R&B ve Reggae ile de ilgilidir. Tarzı bakımından çok yönlü olan Outis, bu müzik adına çok iddialı ve farklı bir ses olmanın peşinde.

Born on May 16, 1999 in Istanbul, Outis has been living in Güngören since her birth. Outis, who received his first rap recording at the age of 10 at the Terror Istanbul studio in Güngören, met with music platforms later.
Outis, is also involved in Alternative Rock R&B and Reggae as well as Rap music. Being versatile in terms of style, Outis seeks to be a very assertive and different voice for this music.
