Over the Trees is an act from Oslo, Norway formed by members of <a href="spotify:artist:2mV7gJYLQVGbjH1gq047gX" data-name="Fleur de lis">Fleur de lis</a>, Eivind Frustøl and Mathias Christoffer Jensen when they discovered they had some new songs more suitable for another project. Arne Steinar Myrvang , Christian Løsnesløkken and Fredrik Rafael Flikka joined to record and write a record along with Håvard Gressum Antonsen (<a href="spotify:artist:1w3J23BilrYBrhHOLUMZrL" data-name="At Your Leisure">At Your Leisure</a>). That record became their debut-album "<a href="spotify:album:6MDjztpBljgGJZl8Is1rkr" data-name="From the Sidewalk">From the Sidewalk</a>". The album was mixed by Nick Terry (<a href="spotify:artist:4fSPtBgFPZzygkY6MehwQ7" data-name="The Libertines">The Libertines</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2qlAMLpUyBjZgnzuFXXZXI" data-name="Klaxons">Klaxons</a> ++) Christian later decided to leave the band to study full-time, and got replaced by Tobias Flottorp Heltzer.
