Starting from four people who had a million dreams, Overcloud was born on 10 June 2024 with Setar as a Frontman, Wildan on Guitar, Oji on Bass, and Tio on Drums. Hailing from Surabaya, we bring the strains of the Dream Pop genre wrapped in Dream Emo nuances. Apart from that, we also come from the same environment at the Choir and Music Activity Unit (UK-PSM) at Surabaya State University.
Having several influences from musicians we like, finally on 20 December 2024 Overcloud released first debut single entitled "Just Adore You". This single tells the story of a person's love journey which can be interpreted into 3 meanings, including adore someone in the approach phase, romance, and past relationships. Overcloud wants to package and convey in this song that the meaning of the word "adore" can have varied meanings, depending on the perspective of the person experiencing it.
