Owen Williams is a singer/songwriter from Southend-on-Sea in Essex, UK. With influences ranging from Glen Hansard and Tim Buckley to Nick Cave and Jim James, he fuses folk, blues and gospel to create powerful songs with thought-provoking lyrics.
Backed by his band The Forward Motion, he released the album 'Standing Still Will Kill You' in 2017, followed by two singles a year later. In 2022 he has teamed up with harmony group The Ondines to release latest single, Progress, and a new EP to be released later in the year.
