Pablo Alhach

Pablo Alhach is a musician, producer and percussionist who shares his passion of music by fusing dance music with the folkloric rhythms and sounds he grew up listening to back in Cali, Colombia. Sticking to his roots, Pablo combines typical elements of his regional folkloric music such as Colombian Pacific Coast vocal chants, salsa components and other Latin-American derived rhythms with dance music.Uniting different genres from outside and inside Colombia in order to give his audience the best musical experience.

But his purpose goes beyond the musical experience itself; through his music, Pablo seeks to bring visibility towards the richness of Colombia’s culture, focusing on his region’s music, history and struggles. Having experienced living abroad, Pablo Alhach realized that Colombia was not being portrayed for its beautiful features. This inspired him into creating a more accessible form of entertainment and a more digestible format for those who weren’t aware of the richness that Colombia and Latin America have in its cultural traditions.
