Pablo Gándara-Pizá

Born in 1989 into a family of 6, Pablo started his musical career at a very young age. His mother Claudia Piza (a Mexican recording artist) mentored him and his siblings as their vocal coach for many years. He worked singing for Disney, tv commercials, tv series and theater from a very young age; but it was while singing and playing music at church was were he discovered his pasión to lead worship and share the Gospel of Christ. So at age 13, he decided that he wanted to use his talents for the Lord and began composing music. “I write about things that impact my life. Themes such as martyrs, suffering, happiness, amazing biographies, or just plain and simple dumb experiences. Anything that has been part of my growth in my relationship with Jesus.”
After many years, Pablo felt like life had a grip on him and he had no time to fulfill his long awaited promise. Until 2015, when he got diagnosed with a mysterious autoimmune disease which halted his life. “I felt like a train going a thousand miles an hour, until God stopped me, and gave me a second chance.”
In the midst of his unknown sickness (which has had him hospitalized over 15 times in less than 3 years) God has given Pablo inspiration to compose and release the music that he had promised himself so many years ago.
Pablo, after 3 years of life-and-death battle, has been fully healed.
His single titled “Pieces” was released early February 2018 and is the title track of his recently released EP "Pieces" on November 2020
