Music has become a great part of Pablo Iranzo’s self-discovery journey. Not only understanding himself and his roots better but the entire world around us and the people that inhabit this crazy world. Iranzo started writing music in the early two-thousands, one of the first tracks being ‘Burned Alive’ which was only released last year and is included in his second full-length album. It was only around 10 years ago when he finally started working on writing and recording the songs that he wrote and started producing an album. Previously, the debut album was supposed to release with more songs in mind, about 16 tracks, but considering the world's political climate, Iranzo felt like it was important to make a statement against fascism. The project was split into two albums, some songs being scrapped and re-done more than twice and particularly old songs having to get their final release with the second album which just released this November. Some of these songs became a part of him. He learned to understand who he was and where he came from and the songs pointed all that out over time.
“’What Remains’ feels like the natural conclusion to ‘Blind Faith’ on an emotional and musical level, but also as a story, it feels like a genuine second part worth exploring. Music has always comforted me when nothing else would. I hope that my music and these songs can comfort people who need it on any level. Trauma doesn’t spare anyone."
