Formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2006 by Benjamin Espinoza, Richard Bermudez, Tony Siqueido, and Danny Karpio, Panic Movement is a dynamic fusion of rock, punk, and indie music, incorporating elements of pop. Their signature sound is characterized by a blend of metallic and distorted guitar, powerful and energetic drumbeats, infectious bass grooves, driving rhythms, husky and soaring vocals, haunting hooks, and classic songwriting sensibilities. Panic Movement draws inspiration from various sources, including psychology, spirituality, existentialism, cinema, and the punk DIY ethos. The current lineup consists of Benjamin Espinoza (guitar and vocals), Richard Bermudez (drums and vocals), and Rob Leon (bass). With their third album, “Darker Days,” Panic Movement continues to evolve while maintaining its signature sound. Despite entering new territory, Panic Movement retains its distinctive hard rock sound while harnessing a raw and unprocessed energy, prioritizing an atmosphere of sonic authenticity.
