Paolo De Santis

Paolo De Santis was born in Lanciano in March 1981, a historic town in central Italy. From an early age, he cultivated a passion for music, learning how to play piano on his own, thanks to his absolute ear and without knowing how to read music sheets. Passionate about hard rock and metal music, but also folkloric music, he started playing as a singer and pianist in various projects as cover bands during the university period. Passionate about poetry, in those years he composed 365 poems in 4 years also winning some literary contests. He composed more than 100 musics and songs that were never officially released. After graduating in Literature and Philosophy he decided to leave Italy, leaving behind everything related to his previous life (family, friendships and music), starting from zero a new life in Turkey. In 2008 he became father of Asya Francesca. Towards the end of 2019 his daughter Asya Francesca De Santis, unbeknownst to Paolo, enrolled him in the television contest THE VOICE TURKEY - O SES TURKIYE where he participate reaching the quarterfinals. That was the push to resume his dream of returning to being a musician, a composer and a singer.
At present, he is preparing his first album by collaborating with the precious and famous producer Cenk Erğolu. The synergy between the two is bringing to light an innovative album that promises very high quality, in terms of sound, composition and execution.
