Paper Chaser ICE was born in Monrovia Liberia. Like most Liberian stories, his is similar. He was brought to the US as a refugee due to the civil war in Liberia. While growing up in America he fell in love with music. He makes Hip Hop and Afrobeats mixed with Liberian Koloqua
