Paper Planes came into the world during the winter of 2014 when college students Jack Wenstrup and Collin Page thought about creating a project that would blend together their musical tastes. When Paper Planes first debuted, they were a foursome with drummer and roommate Austin Gannon behind the kit, and former bassist and roommate Anthony Gomez on bass. Once Connor Page, bassist and twin of Collin Page, joined permanently in the Summer of 2015, Anthony moved on to play keyboard primarily as well as some other auxiliary instruments.
Paper Planes has played all across the Midwest U.S. and has written music with singers and song writers stretching from Los Angeles to Nashville.
While the band is on an indefinite hiatus, members of the band still enjoy spending time together and making music in various other projects. You can follow each member on social media to get the latest updates about their current musical endeavors.
