PAPÜ is a Bali based DJ & Producer hailing from Madrid, Spain. He is previously known in Bali as, “WILFORD” in the underground music scene. PAPÜ is an Escape Presents resident, co-owner of Nikmat Records and Resident DJ of Gypsy Land Festival. Supporting artists like Doorly, Lauren Lane, Alex Kennon and Luca Cazaal to name a few. His DJ sets in Bali can be heard in venues such as Mason Backroom, Shady Pig, Savaya, La Brisa, Single Fin Uluwatu, Red Ruby, Shishi, Old Mans and many more. His North America tour in 2022 saw him play in venues such as Firehouse San Diego, Saikuk, Mia, IT, Gitano and Gitano Beach in Tulum as well as Fusion & 3B Bali Rooftop in Playa Del Carmen. His style varies from disco & house, to deep tech-minimal & techno, with touches of jazz, African sounds and instrumental elements. PAPÜ takes listeners on a journey through sound, seamlessly mixing electronic music genres with a constant groove.
