Rising hard rockers Parallel Motion originally emerged in 2017 as the brainchild of a group
of musicians based across the state of Florida. After remotely joining forces to produce
their first EP, Illogical, in just under a week — featuring critically-acclaimed single Light —
the band settled on Tampa as a home base, and the rest, as they say, was history.
Building on legendary influences from throughout the metal, nu metal, and trash metal
canons with an electronic inflection and a distinct nod to the world of Latin urban music,
Parallel Motion’s standout combination of heavy riffs, wild energy, and anthemic choruses
is equally as electric on stage as in the studio, a quality that has earned them a diverse
and loyal fanbase that has continued to grow with no signs of slowing down.
Now with a host of achievements under their collective belts, including breaking 30k views
in under a month for their track Light, and being selected for placement on playlists from
major outlets, including Alternative Press, Parallel Motion’s momentum is now at an all-time
high as they continue marching towards their goal of becoming one of the generation’s
defining rock bands. A new EP, Hail Mary, is already in the works, while plans for
international gigs marinate in the background — all to be officially announced in due time.
