Part Weapon

Sounding like an epic soundtrack to a lost 1980s sci-fi film, Part Weapon’s debut album The Mystic is a colorsound journey of titanic, soaring space- and psych-rock rock guitars alongside throbbing bass figures and cosmic synths. Part Weapon—Tristram Nelson (guitarist, synths) and Kipp Koren (bassist, synths) worked with legendary Denver producer Kyle Jones to achieve an album that sounds both nostalgic and wholly new.

Formed in 2022 in Denver Colorado, Part Weapon’s Tristram and Kipp wove their passion for psych-rock, goth post-punk, post-rock, as well as 80s synth bands and soundtracks into a galactic coalescence.
