Patrick Santos is most known for taking popular classical pieces and adding his modern drum kit arrangements. Often asking the question; “What if classical music had drums?” The answer is what he aims to deliver.
This idea of mending classical music with modern drums has been experimented with during video uploads on his social media accounts since 2021. After building a community of both classical and drumming enthusiasts, he created a successfully funded Kickstarter. This led to the album “Classical Meets Modern Drums” which released in 2025.
Patrick has been featured on “Classical FM”, reposted by “Modern Drummer”, performed in front of thousands of people as a touring drummer, and has had multiple videos with millions of views.
