Composer and producer, Paul Beahan began his musical journey in San Diego playing in post-hardcore bands that included future members of The Locust, Cattle Decapitation and Retox. After a 15 year hiatus from music to concentrate on his record label, Manimal Vinyl and producing films and TV shows, Beahan stepped back into playing music and composing film scores with Duran Duran's co-founder John Taylor, David Scott Stone, Moby and Italian artists Asia Argento, Vera di Lecce and Mexico City artist Grecia Monroc. Currently based in Malibu, California Beahan concentrates on two distinctive genres of music, horror soundtracks and tropical jet-set ambient pop.
