Paulo Flores é um cantor, compositor e intérprete Angolano. Aos 16 anos de idade, lançou seu primeiro álbum, Kapuete Kamundanda (1988). Com mais de três décadas de carreira, tornou-se uma das principais referências da música Angolana e um dos cantores mais populares de seu país.
Notório expoente do Semba, seu principal gênero musical, Paulo Flores inscreve o seu trabalho numa linguagem marcada pela busca e valorização do patrimônio músico-cultural Angolano, abordando temas que refletem o estilo de vida e a cultura de Angola e também assuntos políticos, como guerra civil e corrupção.
