Paulo Gonzales is a singer-songwriter from the Philippines. His songs are mostly guitar driven with the main emphasis being on melody and storytelling. His main influences are John Mayer, Ed Sheeran and Childish Gambino. Paulo has been writing music since he was young.
During the early years, he wrote music under different pseudonyms and sometimes for different artists for a time. Last year he finally decided to release music under his own name with the song "Woulditbecool". A couple of months after he followed it up with "San Junipero" and now he is currently promoting his latest single "Shooting Stars."
Shooting Stars is a song about existentialism and the emotions that come with wanting to do something beautiful and the fear of it being suddenly being taken away.
