Founded in Istanbul in 2024 by music producers Çağan Kaya and Ali Özsoy, Pave is a Turkish Alternative Pop/Rock band.
Co-founder Ali Özsoy has arranged numerous hit tracks throughout his career and earned a spot on Spotify’s Viral 50 Turkey list with his solo work. Çağan Kaya, who began his musical journey with the band Kuzey Işıkları, expanded into film and television, providing sound design and original scores for various feature films and series. The core line-up is rounded out by Kutay Bür on drums and Deniz Naz Onkar on backing vocals.
Centering their sound around bittersweet, melancholic, and psychedelic themes, Pave blends cinematic soundscapes with modern production techniques in their debut self-titled album. Continuously exploring new sonic territories, the band builds a distinct musical universe through vintage keyboards, rich vocal layers, and dynamic rhythms.
The album’s visual concept features an iconic piece from Mexican artist Alejandro Almanza Pereda’s Horror Vacui series, giving the project an artistic depth that mirrors its sound. Delivering a cohesive audio experience, this self-titled release firmly stamps the band's evolving identity.
