Godfrey “Peace’d Together” Kadzere is a singer, song writer, pianist, and lyricist born in Harare, Zimbabwe. Whilst in Zimbabwe he participated in various ministries within the church including the youth band, the media team and served as a leader.
As a part-time student he also side-lines as a freelance photographer and videographer, finding time to write, produce and release music. This love for music then led him to release his debut EP entitled ‘Ministry YeMfaro’ which translates to the “Ministry of Joy”. This EP was particularly monumental as its released date celebrated his birthday.
Over time Peace’d Together has had his music inspired by the internationally acclaimed sounds of Jesus Culture, Bethel, Planetshakers and Hillsong. Local artists such as Dr Tumi, We Will Worship, Janet Manyowa, Khaya Mthethwa and Tembelami have also inspired him to create music that is of global standards and yet relevant to local listeners.
Through music, he aims to share the Good News of the Gospel, and testify of the joy and peace that manifest from an active relationship with God, while producing tracks that will liven up any gathering.
“I'm just following my passion, which is to represent God using my creativity. Music has been the main outlet for what is on my mind and in my heart. It is how I express what I stand for, what I believe in and the things in life that inspire me.
