I cut my tooth musically on Star Quest 2008 as a member of Da Heritage band which emerged first runner up in that edition of the show, and in 2009 alongside a friend of mine, I dropped a captivating tune “Sho njo nkan” which was produced and featured the ace producer K’Solo.
It was a song that was well received both in Nigeria and within the Nigerians in diaspora community. And while promoting that song I had my Saul on the way to Damascus encounter. I withdrew from music for a season but you know, God’s gifts and callings are without repentance, and as my Pastor would say, callings are not changed, but are simply redirected.
The one who lights my candle rekindled my fire and sets me on the right path. Same vibe, same energy but with a different motivation, a different purpose and a totally different message.
Why don’t you journey with me, and I’m certain you’ll be glad you did, for the Lord has promised good concerning us.
