Arnold Gutierrez, professionally known as Pensión, is a DJ who was raised in Miami. During his teenage years, he faced difficulties that tempted him towards a troublesome path. However, Pensión found solace in music and devoted himself to honing his craft. He started uploading his beats to platforms like Soundcloud, where he gained recognition from a group of up-and-coming rappers in the underground music scene.

Pensión's musical style embraces a new wave of hip-hop, characterized by moody melodies, heavy drums, distorted bass, and Latin influences. His unique sound attracted the attention of notable artists such as Trippie Redd, Ski Mask the Slump God, Kodak Black, the late XXXTentacion, and many others. These artists enlisted Pensión's assistance in producing their songs, recognizing his skill in creating masterful beats.

Through these collaborations, Pensión began touring the country alongside prominent artists, allowing him to showcase his sound to music fans at major festivals like Rolling Loud Miami and Los Angeles, EDC Orlando, SXSW, and A3C Atlanta Hip-Hop & Rap Festival. These experiences have further solidified his presence in the music industry.

As a newcomer to the RichMusic roster, Pensión aims to stay true to his underground roots while also sharing the passion projects he has been working on for the past few months. This signifies his desire to continue evolving as an artist and bring his unique vision to the forefront.
