MAGNETAR is the prismatic debut album from Perdurabo, the brainchild of classically trained multi-instrumentalist, electronic artist, and composer Davide Arneodo - an enigmatic force in music, with an exceptional blend of electronic, rock, and classical influences. As a member of the seminal alt-rock band Marlene Kuntz, Davide contributed to the tremendous impact the band had on the Italian music scene. Amidst challenging times, he established his own label to release "Komponent" (produced at Funkhaus, Berlin) and "The Time Traveller", with compositions like "The Answer" and "10 Pianos" earning spots on Nils Frahm’s Piano Day. Following three acclaimed singles - "Hopes" (feat. Daudi Matsiko & Tom Adams), "Dark Fire" (feat. Echlo), and "Cast Stones" (feat. Miro Shot) - he unveiled "Magnetar", produced with legendary Gareth Jones and Matt Colton in London, featuring Jörg Wähner (Apparat) and Jochen Arbeit (Einstürzende Neubauten). With four distinct covers by Andy Gilmore, the album earned praise for its vision: Rolling Stone highlighted its originality, while Clash Magazine rated it 8/10 for its artistic quality. Now, "Magnetar (Unpublished Works)" is out, expanding the sonic universe of this genre-defying artist leaving an indelible mark on electronic music.
