Peter Barrington

Peter Barrington is a multi-instrumentalist and producer based in Birmingham, England. His music combines knocking drums, witty lyricism and jazzy progressions to take listeners on a journey elsewhere. His lyrics often outline the realities of youth: of love and its loss, and of life's joys and disappointments. Peter released his first single 'Under the Moon' back in September of 2019, and has since unleashed his soft vocals on tracks like 'About This' and 'Not My Time'.

Drawing inspiration from the soulful chops of producers like 9th Wonder, the smooth vocals of singers like Tom Misch and the harmony of pianists like Robert Glasper, Peter released 'Haiti', his most streamed track to date with listeners in 83 countries around the world. The song came runner-up in PROSPECT 100, an international competition aimed at finding the 100 best prospects to play a part in the future of the music industry. Peter has just finished supporting Portabello on tour and is currently working on his debut EP 'Peter's Platonic Picnic' which will be released later this year.
