Hailing from California, Peter Burton is a singer-songwriter and worship leader whose songs seek to lead people to hope. Growing up as an overcomer of mental illness, Burton experienced the beauty of how blessing and suffering can go hand in hand and how faith can transcend feelings. His message is Hope personified in Jesus Christ – the foundation on which his life and artistry have blossomed.
Burton’s journey started many years ago in his local church. When music kept him connected to God through turbulent younger years, he found that his heart for songwriting and creativity could be expressed in worship. Since then, he has been leading worship and now seeks to also bring the hope he has found to people outside of church walls.
