P.G Prophecy is a music artist/producer who has been on the music scene since the mid 2000s. At a young age Prophecy fell in love with music growing up listening to classical, jazz, soul, funk, r&b, hip-hop/rap, pop, rock and gospel genres.
His first live performance was with the group "Me N My Brotha" at the Afro-American Expo (Grand Rapids, MI) at the age of 17. Prophecy has developed into a truly gifted and more powerful artist since then.
In the group "Me N My Brotha", they released a couple of mixtape CDs titled "Blood Is Thicker Than Water Volume 1" and "Hood Lyfe Volume 1".
Prophecy's first break as a solo artist came on his self-written and self-produced project called "Watz Going On" which debuted in Alabama. P.G began sharping his songwriting and production skills while releasing his first official solo recording titled "Watz Going On", in 2011.
P.G's music is a mix of his past and present life. The single "Watz Going On" is digitally distributed by Island Def Jam. Prophecy wrote all the material on the single and self-produced the track.
P.G has been influenced by the sounds of Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Ludacris, Lyfe Jennings, Moe Money McCoy, Bone Crusher, T.I., Busta Rhymes, DMX, Gospel Gangstaz, Cross Movement, Musiq Soulchild, T-Pain and David Banner. If you like Drake, T.I. or Lecrae then P.G's music will find familiar grounds with your ears. His lyrics are poetic and his songs are inspiring. He is the missing link of music.
