Phoebe Chan is a 2.5D idol, voice actor, and VTuber from California, USA that has a passion for writing her own songs and performing them on both the IRL and virtual stage. At the age of 13, she began posting her vocal covers of mainly anisong on her Youtube channel (Feebeechanchibi) and has since expanded her reach to achieve over a million total views on her videos. In January of 2017, she was notified that she passed the audition for Japanese label HAF Records' “Japanese Song Cover Project" and signed onto the label, going on to release two albums, <a href="spotify:album:0gfpu3bIST1qaozlbMIVRs" data-name="Phoebe #2 -Haneda International Music Festival Presents-">Phoebe #2 -Haneda International Music Festival Presents-</a> and <a href="spotify:album:1JKBLtLN5XE9njagQHvfOE" data-name="Phoebe #1 ~HANEDA INTERNATIONAL ANIME MUSIC FESTIVAL Presents~">Phoebe #1 ~HANEDA INTERNATIONAL ANIME MUSIC FESTIVAL Presents~</a>. In May 2020, she released her very first original EP, <a href="spotify:album:69iH89F7AcutwbApwI2Ynb" data-name="Moon Garden">Moon Garden</a>, which was crowdfunded on Kickstarter and later that year released her first original single All of My Life. In addition to her solo activities, she has been part of the California-based idol duo <a href="spotify:artist:0HFzfyAxHuEYr0nyBcapbH" data-name="Pheri">Pheri</a> in which she sang, danced, and wrote lyrics. Phoebe hopes to reach more and more people with her singing and spread her love of J-pop to the Western world!
