Phoenix Uprising

Phoenix Uprising is what happens when you refuse to stay down.
I’m Trey. Former med student, democracy reformer, someone who’s been knocked flat more times than I care to count. This project is what I built on the way back up.
These songs are about surviving when everything’s burning. About showing up even when you’re exhausted. About the stubborn belief that we’re stronger together than alone. But also about the absurd, relatable chaos of being human: the patterns we all see but rarely name.
I write the concepts, the themes, the lyrics. AI handles the production because my brain moves faster than my hands. The heart behind it? That’s mine. This is genre defying music for people who are tired, pissed off, and still in the fight.
