PipeBeachStudios formed in 2006 when Martin Biström and Christian Gaul recorded a happy acoustic pop single to impress a significant other.
In 2015 Martin, the technical genius of the duo, convinced Christian that it would be a good idea to try to make some music together again. Martin created a early draft of the track RetroModern to lure Christian into creativity, and together they got engulfed in sounds of childhood dreams and young adulthood memories, creating a quite diverse set of tracks over the years.
In 2019 PipeBeachStudios also produced Papercuts for talented singer/songwriter Elin Stamboe.
