Plage Tara are an French shoegaze alternative rock band formed in Paris in 2014. Influenced by bands like My Bloody Valentine, Ride, Slowdive , Chapterhouse, Drop Nineteens or Sonic Youth. Their sound is characterized by dissonant guitar textures, big reverbs, monumental delays, androgynous vocals. Following several membership changes, Plage Tara signed to SOUPIRE RECORDS in 2023
