Planet Holiday is a four-piece garage rock band from Western Sydney who have gone through line-up changes, genre shifts and a gruelling recording process spanning over 3 years. Aaron, Luka, and Sean all met in a high school in Sydney’s west and quickly found a love for classic rock music, mixed with a sprinkle of punk and indie. After Sean met Daniel studying at university, the three had found the missing ingredient they needed to launch Planet Holiday into the world.
Boasting a voluptuous line-up with three distinct vocal styles and music tastes coming from various angles, Planet Holiday are working on a debut EP they have been promising for…a while.

Their alt-rock and post-grunge atmosphere flirt with, surf, stoner-groove, and psychedelic vibes.
After jamming out to Aussie bands such as <a href="spotify:artist:1GJ1uwDfaA8GVVpVc2I2d2" data-name="Hockey Dad">Hockey Dad</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3SGLeWc7J5Ve0CinAOrb3a" data-name="Skegss">Skegss</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:5INjqkS1o8h1imAzPqGZBb" data-name="Tame Impala">Tame Impala</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2N2EFVDEbp2JB8ulEUVIxp" data-name="Violent Soho">Violent Soho</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:0qGPycvPHafmEPTOm4M7Tu" data-name="DZ Deathrays">DZ Deathrays</a>, the lads were inspired to craft a sound that has taken them to Sydney venues such as Valve Bar, Loft Bar, Chippo Hotel, and most notably, Marrickville’s Factory Theatre.

Planet Holiday’s first release is a delve into the inner psyche of a twenty-something Australian young adult looking to find his place in the world.
