Dystopias are high on Ronny's list. He has previously voiced poetry and created a rocking version of Aniara with Xinombra. He has made soundtracks for games and movies. Been Dieselkopf's driving industrial metal head. Made collaborations on animations and video projections. The story has always been clear. Been the core. That is why he has collaborated with various lyricists and poets. Early albums in the solo project Plasmafuse had prose lyrics instead of lyrics. It fit like a glove because there is a clear cinematic narrative, an epic side to how the sounds are built and how they are then put together into sound works. Sometimes with the help of a pianist or violinist or vocalist.
In the latest release, Ronny (Plasmafuse) has continued to work with the story. This time he fully trusts the sounds, the musical, and builds meditative dark ambient that can be entered into. This is a real moment. But a moment that stretched out in time, like a photograph's frozen moment with an extra long shutter speed. Bulb. Something as contradictory as a "standstill" with a clear moment. As piece by piece, a complex image builds - or a poetic still image film that when it reaches its climax suddenly becomes a clear scene, a multi layer clip.
