Born in 1994 in Gatineau, Canada, Plastic Jague (born Jean-Luc Charron) grew up playing and composing music, including in an alternative trance/house duo, and as a drummer in several heavy metal projects. As a teenager, experimenting with electric guitars and synthesizers, he began creating his own music, combining a mix of trap, EDM, heavy metal, industrial rock, and other genres, and released music under other projects. In 2023, as solo artist Plastic Jague, he launched a debut 12-track album titled “Skyvolism” with an edgy alternative electronic vibe, as well as enchanting melodies. Plastic Jague’s current project includes the single Malibu, which launched in the summer of 2024. His music is entirely self-created, composed, written, played, recorded, sung, and produced, reflecting his deep passion for music and art.
