Plastic Royale

Plastic Royale, founded by Tompa Minus who is born and raised in Stockholm Sweden, finds the inspiration in deep house and classic house music but he doesn’t really like placing his music in compartments. If there is a groove then there´s a groove.

Over the years, Plastic Royale has released a number of house songs with everything from instrumental to vocal house songs. With Chicago 86, he was inspired by the classic old school house sound that was born in Chicago.
With PARIS 62 (Plastic Royale's most played song) he takes you into the wonderful world of French dance music (you must listen to it).

The collaboration with Ashley Slater has resulted in a couple of really groovy and bassy vocal house songs. Stealing Me has also been remixed by Ladies On Mars and SoundFactory

His interest for music has been there for as long as he can remember. From sneaking into his older brothers room at a young age to play vinyl to spending his first hard earned money on a Technics 1210 turntable. The first records he bought were mostly funk and soul and the love for the genres has followed him ever since. Another big influence in Tompas life was the bootleg records called Swemix, that lead him into the world om mixing and DJing.
