Playoffs.

Hailing from the decadent city of Troy, NY, pop-punk band Playoffs. formed out of a cover band that ran face first into the year 2020. Stuck inside and only able to create their sound from virtual messaging, the perseverance and dedication to bringing ear hole sounds to people who need it paid off. With dual vocalists in tow, singer and guitarist Cody Sargood set off to create original music that ultimately carried to fruition in the form of friends past and present. As members of a fairly solid cover band locally, co-vocalist Alex Foster sat down and began writing out songs that could one day be something. Tapping their favorite drummer Daniel Livermore and elite father of two, Bill, on keys and lead guitar, Playoffs. began to take shape. With no bassist in sight, they tapped into their former friend Neal Makela a real good dude that had to move west for himself. With all their power combined Playoffs., Was able to come to the table to record their first self titled album with producer Neil Schneider. While navigating the worst year and strangest times, Playoffs. became more than just an idea, they became a goal. And we all know how we feel about achieving our goals!
