Carlos Brown aka Poetry was born July 9, 1974 in Nashville, TN. He began rapping at the age 13 with inspirations like Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Cool G Rap, KRS 1, etc. Brown released his first demo in 1992 titled "Constructions of a Rhyme." Poetry released his first official album in 1998 titled "In God I Trust." He re-released "In I God I Trust" in 2017 hoping to reach a more global audience. Poetry loves music and is proud that he can share his talent with the world.
