POINT NO POINT is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Jana Sotzko. Having grown up in the plattenbau eastern part of Berlin, she has been playing in stylistically diverse bands and projects for over 20 years. Past and current groups include indie band DROPOUT PATROL, experimental kraut trio SOFT GRID and the all-female post-punk trio HALFSILKS. In addition, she works as a freelance composer, especially in the fields of dance and performance.
Her first album DRIFT was released in November 2019. It is followed by BAD VIBES IN MUSHROOM FOREST in the spring of 2022. The record marks further explorations into realms of krautrock, drone folk and experimental pop music.
