Saahil John Bakshi , Popularly known by his stagename , Poison Ink was born in Indian State of Uttar Pradesh, currently based in Jhansi.

From a Very Young Age , Poison Ink had a keen interest in Raps and he got greatly influenced by American Hip Hop / Rap Culture , his Biggest inspiration includes Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Jermaine Lamarr Cole, Mac Miller, Tyler the creator and Many more.

He seeked an impression of him in the mind of his Listeners, who acknowledged Ink's undisputed flow , his creative songwriting and overall music production Quality .

Poison Ink started as solo independent Artist on all Platforms through his self named label ,"Poison Ink" and Released his first Album , Life's A living Hell in September,  2021 , which increased his audience. Later forming a Artist run label The Hood signing artists like Rinka, Jeffi j, Him.J and more releasing the mixtape Kids Overdosed - A Mixtape By The Hood.

Poison Ink released his second Studio Album ,Bishop's Wort under Unique Vibez Records .This Record was a massive success in Inks independent career,  Garnering More than 2.4k views in Bishop's Wort Freestyle on YouTube and More than 4k streams On YouTube Alone . Altogether it gained more than 5k Streams , and was a huge hit .

Ink Says ," The Purpose of my making music is not to garner streams but more importantly be relatable to my Listeners. People must understand my feelings put into every record and the pain and struggle it holds."
